Wines
The wine-growing canton of Schaffhausen presents itself in top form today. In harmony with nature and with the help of cleverly applied cellar techniques, fabulous white and red wines are produced – fresh, drinkable aperitif drops, but also strong, harmonious food companions. Three out of four vines bear Pinot Noir grapes. It is seconded by countless other grape varieties such as Riesling-Silvaner or Chardonnay, Diolinoir or Merlot. On our wine list you will find 30 Schaffhausen wines, 12 grape varieties and 11 Schaffhausen winegrowers. Of course, the rest of the world is also worthily represented.
